Fredrik Fernando Austad is a certified breath therapist who has worked with both companies and private clients for several years. He teaches how to use the breath as a resource for finding balance, sleeping better, and reconnecting with the body as an anchor in everyday life.
In this session, Fredrik will provide an introduction to breathwork and key breathing techniques. No experience is needed — all levels are welcome.
The invitation is simply to show up with a beginner’s mind. We breathe to learn, not to master.
